The 240 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are acting in your own personal capacity.

Account Creation & User Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 240 platform. Registration requires accurate and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or closure without notice. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred to any other party.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 240 recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you promptly report any unauthorised access to our support team at [email protected].
240 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from users at any time as part of its compliance procedures. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary access restrictions or account closure. This verification process is in place to protect users and the integrity of the platform.
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the 240 platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account suspension and legal proceedings:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to infiltrate or disrupt the platform's security systems
- Creating multiple or fake accounts to gain an unfair advantage
- Sharing your account or login credentials with others
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including payment fraud
240 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these terms. Breach reports may be submitted through our official support channels.
Payment Information & Transaction Policy
All transactions on the 240 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate and up to date. Successfully processed deposits cannot be reversed except in cases specifically exempted under 240's policy.
Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers, Boost, Touch 'n Go, and other approved local digital payment methods. 240 does not accept any foreign currency directly — all values must be in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the prescribed verification procedures. 240 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms while an investigation is ongoing. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software found on the 240 platform are the intellectual property of 240 or its licensed content providers. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 240.
Account Suspension Policy
240 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or unlawful use. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation may not be eligible to recover any remaining balance, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate mechanisms under Malaysian court jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Malaysia for any claims relating to the use of the 240 platform.
